Helping You Get the Right Product the Right Way

Due to the sensitive nature of some night vision items we market, certain items are regulated by the US Government and may require special handling protocols and/or restrictions.  This also applies to service work for products outside the United States.
Free shipping via UPS ground is our normal policy on most items shipped within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipment rates and requirements vary depending on the merchandise and delivery location.  Call or e-mail for specifics.  If you require a different mode, faster delivery, or other special arrival needs, please call us for rate and delivery requirements.
Certain Items and Manufacturers have specialized return policies and must be strictly followed.  All fees or costs imposed for return of merchandise by manufacturer will be assessed and adjusted thru refund credit to customer.
AMERICAN TECHNOLOGIES NETWORK CORPORATION:
Please carefully inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any item does not meet your approval, you must return it to the manufacturer within their specific guidelines which will be provided in the documentation with your merchandise.  *Some Restrictions Apply.  Shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned packages will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.  Neither Light Year Enterprises, Quality Scopes and Binoculars.com nor the respective manufacturers are responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping or which violates manufacturers return protocol.
Certain items require a return authorization number from the specific product manufacturer. This number must appear on the outside of the returned package.  You must include a copy of your original invoice with your shipment.  All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received, and must include the manual and all included accessories.
Items received by the manufacturer that have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect and or other obvious physical damage will be returned to the customer.  Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event that the manufacturer issues a refund.  Special orders, closeouts and products sold "as is" cannot be returned.
*Certain manufacturers reserve the right to refuse merchandise, return the merchandise, or charge a 15-25% restocking fee under the following conditions.
1) Merchandise was received after the ten day trial period without prior authorization.  10 day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until the time that the manufacturer receives the merchandise back at its facility.
2) The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, obviously used or scratched.
3) The merchandise shipped was improperly packaged.
4) The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.

RothCo

No returns to ROTHCO will be accepted without their authorization number. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.  Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order.  ROTHCO cannot accept returned goods that have been soiled in any way or contain price stickers, tags or markings or otherwise damaged or altered.  Other returns will be subject to a 15% - 25% restocking charge.  Any return of merchandise not ours will be returned freight collect. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new, in the exact condition that the item was received, and if applicable, must include the manual and all included accessories.

NEWCON OPTIK:

As of July 1,2007 all sales with Newcon Optik are final.  No refund. Exchange only.

1.  NO REFUND on unauthorized returns.  All products returned for credit must be in new. resalable condition.  There is no refund or credit for "Special Order" items.  All postage, freight and/or other costs of return delivery and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

2.  All RMA products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion and are subject to the conditions of the Warranty.

3.  Warranty will be void if product is found to be damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication or as a result of service rendered other than by authorized personnel of Newcon Optik.

4.  All products returned for RMA must be accompanied by:  copy of the original invoice and packing slip, RMA number and original packing material.  ALL COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED.

5.  Goods title remains with Newcon Optik until full payment is received.

6.  Service charge of $30.00 per item, less shipping , if the RMA product proves not to be defective.

7.  20% restocking charge & back-charge of freight applies to all approved returns and cancelled orders.

8.  2% monthly interest charged on all overdue accounts; $25.00 handling charge for any returned checks.

9.  For any orders containing Generation 2+/3 or higher, or some other dual use military goods, export of the items without appropriate export permits is strictly forbidden, in accordance with guidelines of the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR).

NIGHT OWL OPTICS:

1.  NO REFUND on unauthorized returns.  Purchaser must call Night Owl Customer Support for a Return Authorization number prior to return of product.  All products returned for credit must be in new, resalable condition.  There is no refund or credit for "Special Order" items.  All postage, freight and/or other costs of return delivery and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

2.  Night Owl Support will, at their option, replace or repair any product found to be defective and are subject to conditions of the warranty.

3.  All products returned must be accompanied by:  copy of the original invoice and packing slip, Return Authorization number and original packing material.  ALL COLLECT SHIPMENTS WILL BE REFUSED.

4. Warranty may be voided if product is found to be damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication or as a result of service rendered other than by authorized personnel.

Leupold:

1.  NO REFUND on unauthorized returns.  Purchaser must contact Distributor for authorization for return of product.  All products returned for credit must be in new, resalable condition, and must include manuals and/or all accessories.  There is no refund or credit for "Special Order" items.  All postage, freight and/or other costs of return delivery and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.  A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed.  All fees or costs imposed for return of merchandise by manufacturer/distributor will be assessed and adjusted through refund credit to customer. 

Items received by the manufacturer/distributor which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, misuse, neglect and/or other obvious physical damage will be returned to the customer.
